Products already available to VERHAKI can generally move through fulfilment sooner than products requiring supplier replenishment.

Some ranges are ordered or replenished from external suppliers. Their availability, production and delivery schedules may affect timing.

Orders placed earlier in the working week may be easier to coordinate within normal delivery cycles. Avoid presenting this as a guarantee.

Courier schedules, delivery location, order size and unusual logistical circumstances may affect final delivery timing.

Stock balances across central inventory and partner supplier allocations are cross-checked.

Payment requirements

Invoicing and required account payment arrangements are verified to clear order release.

Products prepared or sourced

Items are selected from on-hand stock or requested directly from specialized supplier facilities.

Dispatch coordinated

Shipment packaging and courier pickup options are arranged for safe final transit.

When something is delayed.

Need something urgently?

Unavailable products may be handled as backorders where appropriate. Long-term supplier out-of-stock products may instead require a future new order. We do not display a guaranteed universal lead time until the current operating policy is finalised.

Please contact VERHAKI prior to ordering where timing is critical. Urgent or customer-requested split deliveries may involve different delivery arrangements or additional logistics charges.
