Stock security does not mean that all unsold products can automatically be returned. Eligibility depends on the applicable account arrangement, product condition, sales history, supplier terms and circumstances.

SLOW-MOVING STOCK

PRODUCT CONDITION

Products showing limited or no movement over an appropriate review period may be considered for review where stock-security terms apply.

Products must generally be unopened, saleable and in suitable condition. Damaged, altered or improperly stored products may be excluded.

EXPIRY & SHELF LIFE

SUPPLIER & RANGE CONDITIONS

Products that are expired or too close to expiry may be excluded from stock-security arrangements. Do not publish a fixed expiry threshold until the current policy is finalised.

Some suppliers, products or categories may have different stock-security, exchange or return arrangements.

What stock security does not cover.

An approved outcome may include continued sell-through support, exchange, credit, replacement with more suitable stock or another mutually agreed solution. Cash refunds or repurchase are not guaranteed.

Poor storage, damaged goods caused after delivery, expired stock, unauthorised discounting or products outside agreed eligibility may not qualify. Genuine defects or incorrect supply are managed separately under our Returns policy.

Stock-security arrangements may be influenced by the terms agreed between VERHAKI and the relevant supplier and business partner.
