VERHAKI engages with the referred person or business.
The referral must become a genuine new customer, client or commercial relationship.
Where eligible, the agreed reward is issued once qualifying conditions are met.

Referrals must be genuine new introductions, cannot normally be claimed retrospectively, and may be subject to programme-specific eligibility criteria.
