Orders are processed according to product availability, supplier lead times, destination and the applicable commercial arrangement. Delivery timing may vary between orders and product ranges.

Qualifying delivery

First orders

Qualifying orders may receive free delivery according to current VERHAKI thresholds or agreed account terms. Thresholds are confirmed upon account verification.

First-order arrangements may differ from standard minimums or delivery rules where VERHAKI has approved an introductory exception.

Backorder delivery

Split or urgent deliveries

Where an original qualifying order included unavailable products, eligible backordered items may be delivered later without an additional standard delivery charge.

Customer-requested urgent or split deliveries may attract additional courier or delivery charges where they fall outside the normal fulfilment process.

Delivery timing

VERHAKI aims to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, but timing depends on stock availability, supplier fulfilment, courier conditions and destination. Guaranteed delivery dates apply only when specifically agreed in writing.

Long-term supplier out-of-stock items may not remain automatically backordered and may require a new order once available.
